Leadership Team

After completing his PhD in Environmental Microbiology at the University of Portsmouth, Robert joined the pharmaceutical industry as a Clinical Research Associate. His formative years were spent at Janssen where he held a series of Sales and Marketing roles of increasing responsibility. With an MBA from Henley Business School, Rob led Bausch & Lomb as Head of Pharmaceuticals UK, Ireland & Nordics. Upon leaving B+L, Robert joined Moorfields Pharmaceuticals which was acquired by the Ophthalmic Medical Device company Rayner (2016). At Rayner Robert undertook both Marketing and Business Development leadership assignments.

Lindsey has over 20 years’ of experience working in the pharmaceutical, medical device, food supplement and cosmetic industries. She has worked in various leadership positions across a number of functions including commercial, supply chain, quality and regulatory within GMP, GDP and GVP environments.

After completing a BSc in Economics at University College London, Shahini trained to be a Chartered Accountant at Moore Kingston Smith spending the early part of her career in audit, tax, and accounting for small and medium sized companies. She then moved to setting up Finance Functions for scalability working at Winnow as a Group Controller across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. In addition to All Things Finance, Shahini enjoys long slow walks with her latest achievement being Mount Kilimanjaro.

With over 7 years’ experience in the pharma industry and working across various departments, Mat leads the company Operations and Supply Chain Team in the UK. He also manages the international export and oversees the company’s ongoing expansion to other markets.
In his previous role, Mat managed several serviced business centres in the Reading area for the world’s leading provider of workspaces and was the IT Champion for the Thames Valley region.
