Leadership Team
Charlotte Watchorn has worked in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry for over 25 years. Commencing as a sales representative then progressing through several commercial roles has put Charlotte in a strong position to lead the Nordic Pharma UK business.
Charlotte’s strategic leadership of the Draupnir business helped to put it in a strong position to merge with Nordic Pharma. Charlotte along with her leadership team are now working on integrating the capabilities of Draupnir with Nordic Pharma.

Chris Dye
Interim Finance Director
Chris Dye is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is the Interim Finance Director at Nordic Pharma UK.
Chris has built a career in finance across various sectors, with roles in Group Reporting, Financial Control, Finance Operations and Finance Systems. His expertise lies in establishing scalable finance functions, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance in complex regulatory environments.
Chris is known for his analytical rigor, collaborative approach, and commitment to aligning financial strategy with business growth. His financial leadership contributes to Nordic Pharma’s mission of improving patient outcomes through responsible innovation and medical excellence.

Chris Fuller
Ophthalmology Business Lead
Chris has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years where he has held commercial and marketing leadership roles across multiple therapy areas, geographies and companies.
As Business Unit Lead, Chris is responsible for managing the ophthalmology portfolio and leading the launch of Lacrifill. He brings expertise in launch leadership, strategic marketing and omnichannel execution.
Chris has an interest in the practical application of Artificial Intelligence in brand management. He is a competitive sailor and has represented GBR at international championships.

Nicola Smith
Quality & Regulatory Affairs Lead
Nicola is a Qualified Pharmacist with strong practical knowledge in many different sectors of Pharmacy, and extensive experience within Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance functions in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry.
Nicola has held key roles supporting Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Food Supplements for both Quality and Regulatory aspects and this hands-on experience enables her to effectively shape and support Quality and Regulatory functions that align with the needs of the Nordic UK business.
Nicola is committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and quality, while fostering collaborative approaches that support both innovation and operational excellence.

Rachel Redman
Business Unit Lead: Nutraceuticals
Rachel Redman is a seasoned commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare, nutrition and pharmaceutical industries. As Business Unit Lead for Nutraceuticals at Nordic Pharma UK, she drives strategic growth, portfolio innovation, and market expansion in the rapidly evolving nutraceutical sector.
Rachel has a proven track record of delivering high-impact product launches and commercial success. Most recently, she’s led the UK launch of SMART STRAINS in 2025, achieving rapid market penetration and exceeding initial sales forecasts. Her ability to combine scientific insight with commercial strategy has consistently resulted in strong brand positioning and revenue growth.
Prior to her current role, Rachel held senior marketing and commercial positions where she successfully introduced multiple new products to market, delivering double-digit growth and strengthening category leadership. Her experience spans end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept development to execution, underpinned by her clinical nutrition background and commitment to improving health outcomes.
